By downloading or using Pliego Files you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, especially the Premium subscription terms.

1. The app

Pliego Files is a file management app for iPhone and iPad. All app features are free and run on the device. The app is provided "as is".

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to use it to store or transfer illegal content or to infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for the files you manage and for the credentials of the servers you connect to.

3. Premium subscription

Pliego Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. All app features remain free; the only thing Premium raises is your monthly transfer allowance through Pliego's server (from 2 GB to 50 GB per month). It does not unlock any on-device feature.

• Plans and pricing: monthly or yearly. The exact price in your currency is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: the subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: applied to your Apple ID within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Manage and cancel: you can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (App Store ▸ your account ▸ Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• Restore: you can restore a previous purchase from the Premium screen.

Payment, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

4. Content and responsibility

You retain ownership of your files. Pliego Files does not access their content. Please back up your important data: we are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failures, third-party services, or misuse of the app.

5. Third-party services

When you connect the app to third-party servers or cloud services, those connections are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers. Pliego Files does not control or take responsibility for those services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pliego Files is provided without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Privacy

How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its date.
